Short version: we collect one email, and that is it.
The waitlist form stores the email you submit, your position in the line, and a timestamp. That is all.
The site itself uses no analytics, no tracking cookies, and no advertising of any kind. Your theme preference (light / dark / system) is stored locally in your browser and never leaves your device.
Your email is used for one thing: telling you when Suzu launches. No newsletters you did not ask for, no sharing with third parties, ever.
Waitlist data is stored on Convex cloud infrastructure, hosted in the European Union (eu-west-1). It is never sold, rented, or transferred outside of this purpose.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it entirely, at any time and for any reason. One email is enough.

No cookies. The site stores two purely technical preferences in your browser local storage: your theme choice and nothing else. Because there are no tracking cookies, there is no cookie banner.
